This policy describes how Social Media Manage (socialmediamanage.org) collects, stores, and uses personal data and Google / YouTube API data.

1. Who we are

Social Media Manage is a web app that connects to your YouTube and Spotify accounts to generate playlists from rules you choose. Contact: destek@socialmediamanage.org

2. Data we collect

• Account email and a password hash (passwords are not stored in plain text).
• OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected YouTube accounts (encrypted at rest).
• OAuth tokens for connected Spotify accounts, if you connect Spotify (encrypted at rest).
• Playlist names, track lists, block lists, and generation settings you create in the app.

3. YouTube / Google data

Google OAuth is requested only so Social Media Manage can manage YouTube playlists on your behalf. Through YouTube Data API Services we may access account identity, playlists, and video identifiers needed to create and reorder playlists. We do not use this data for advertising, selling to data brokers, or determining credit-worthiness. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and security

Tokens are stored encrypted on our server. Data is kept while your account exists or until you disconnect the platform account.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with hosting infrastructure required to run the service and with YouTube / Spotify APIs when you ask the app to act.

6. Your choices

You may delete your Social Media Manage account, disconnect a linked account in the app, or revoke access in Google Account permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
